Hephzibah

hef´zi-ba (חפצי־בהּ, ḥephcī-bhāh, “my delight is in her”):
(1) Septuagint Ὁψειβά, Hopseibá, Ἁψειβά, Hapseibá, Ὁφσιβά, Hophsibá, the wife of Hezekiah and the mother of king Manasseh (2 Kings 21:1).
(2) The new symbolical name of Zion, as representing the Lord's favour toward her (Isaiah 62:4); Septuagint translates Θέλημα ἐμόν, Thélēma emón, “my delight.”
