kō´a (קוע, ḳōa‛, "He-camel," occurs only in Ezekiel 23:23, some province or place in the Babylonian empire, used in this passage along with Shoa):

A people named with Pekod and Shoa as enemies of Jerusalem, occurs only in Ezekiel 23:23. Their location was probably Northeast of Babylonia.
